PROJECT // 01
An established Massage Therapy owner moved their practice to a new community, new building and grew it with the number of therapists. To establish a solid foundation and allow for all the growth moving forward we worked together for two years. We first established and worked on our year long program, customized it to fit their needs and then trained the entire staff on the new methodology to run the business. Once the foundation was established in the first year and the staff was following new methods we sought to establish growth goals. That customer grew in number of clients, revenue and ability to maintain consistent income on a regular basis. This business is on solid ground and on the verge of growing more.
PROJECT // 02
An establish Non-profit wanted to train its leadership on setting goals for all areas of the organization. Additionally, while doing fund raising for some new projects, the team had some big goals to meet and in a very limited timeframe. Thus, the leadership was trained on some of the Thinking Into Results program from the Proctor Gallagher Institute. They implemented some of the methodology and successfully reached their goals in the timeframe needed.
